    Deadline for Online Application Submission

    All applicants must complete the online form and upload required documents in e-RSPI by 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be processed.

  2. Apr 5–12 2026

    Screening & Validation of Documents

    HR and School Screening Committees validate eligibility, rank applicants, and coordinate with the HRMPSB in accordance with DepEd hiring guidelines.

    Applicants may receive requests for clarification or additional documents.

  3. Apr 18–25 2026

    Interview & Demonstration Teaching

    Shortlisted applicants will receive interview schedules via email and e-RSPI dashboard notifications. Demonstration teaching may be conducted on-site or online depending on division guidelines.

    Attendance and punctuality are strictly observed.

  4. May 10 2026

    Final Selection & Posting of RQA

    The Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) will be released and posted through official DepEd communication channels. Qualified applicants may receive tentative assignment offers.

    Applicants are encouraged to regularly check their registered email and the e-RSPI portal for updates.

About the DEPED – LDN e-RSPI System

The Recruitment, Selection, Placement, and Induction (e-RSPI) System is the official online platform of the Department of Education – Schools Division of Lanao del Norte for managing teacher hiring processes. It supports compliance with national hiring policies while promoting transparency and accessibility for applicants.

Through this portal, applicants can submit applications, upload supporting documents, and track the status of their recruitment journey from initial screening to final appointment. HR personnel and School Screening Committees can manage postings, schedules, and evaluation records within a secure and auditable environment.
